Why it fits:
immerGallery Business works seamlessly with
Meta for Work (Meta Horizon managed solutions)
to manage fleets of Meta Quest headsets (employee accounts, preinstalled apps, shared content, ...). The similar
Meta for Education
program is also supported. And if you’re not using these programs, no worries: immerGallery Business also runs fully on standard consumer Meta Quest devices with the regular Meta OS.
Following is advice on how to best configure Meta for Work to smoothly run with immerGallery Business.

USB file transfer for devices managed through Meta for Work
To load images and videos onto the headset, Meta for Work provides a “Managed files” folder, but it currently does not support subfolders. You can also fetch files in-app (Download - Custom URL, SMB Sync, or WWW Sync). Often the most practical method is USB: connect the headset to a computer and transfer directly. Ensure “Allow USB file transfer” is enabled during Meta for Work setup. When you connect over USB, a brief pop-up may appear; if you miss it, open Notifications (bell icon) and tap it to establish the connection. You may also be asked to trust the computer; accept it, and you can choose Always allow in the dialog.

App permission setup through Meta for Work
For a smooth experience, it is recommended to automatically grant the required OS permissions for immerGallery Business through Meta for Work. There, when you open the overview of the immerGallery Business app, go to "Manage app" and setup the permissions.

Screen casting and offline mode and settings through Meta for Work
Screen casting allows a remote device (e.g. smartphone or tablet) to display what the user sees inside the headset. To use a managed headset offline, such as at an expo, specific permissions must be granted. Both offline mode and screen casting require that the appropriate permissions are enabled through Meta for Work. Offline device sessions only work for devices setup in individual mode, not in shared mode.

If you are using ArborXR-managed devices on top of Meta Horizon managed solutions, please note that immerGallery Business is only available on the official Meta Store. There is no custom ArborXR build. This means that if the headset is restricted to ArborXR Home only (kiosk mode), immerGallery Business cannot be used.
However, if the headset is managed through ArborXR but not locked to launch only ArborXR Home, you can install and run immerGallery Business from the Meta Store as usual. To allow this, ensure that in ArborXR > Devices & Groups > Devices > Kiosk Experience > Device Home Environment, the option “Access Meta Quest Store” is enabled.
